PSOR-Jacobi Algorithm for Accelerated MMSE MIMO Detection

This paper proposes the periodical successive over-relaxation (PSOR)-Jacobi algorithm for minimum mean squared error (MMSE) detection of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) signals. The proposed has advantages two conventional methods. One is Jacobi method, which an iterative method solving linear equations and suitable parallel implementation. thus a promising candidate high-speed simultaneous equation solvers MMSE detector. other Chebyshev PSOR recently been shown to accelerate convergence speed fixed-point iterations. We compare performance PSOR-Jacobi with that algorithms via computer simulation. results show achieves faster without increasing computational complexity, higher fixed number also efficient computation inverse matrices using algorithm. simulation accelerates matrix.
